Boddam Wildlife Sanctuary is not open to the public. It in allodial ownership and the owners will protect their allodial rights at all times. Legal action will be taken against anyone entering the Sanctuary on foot or by any other means. The Scottish Outdoor Access code does not apply to allodial land in Shetland.
